Weekly meeting of the Terre Haute Breakfast Optimists. Jeff Fisher will present this year’s Kevin Artz Award. The award is named in honor of Vigo County Deputy Sheriff Kevin Artz, who was killed in the line of duty in July 1987 while responding to a domestic disturbance and is given annually by the Terre Haute Breakfast Optimist Club to recognize outstanding work by local law enforcement professionals.
