A Great Way to Help to Local Kids
The purpose of our Chili Cook-Off is to raise funds for programs that support local youth activities. This is a great way to for local organizations to have fun and, at the same time, contribute to the local community. Participation isn’t limited to organizations. Individuals or groups of friends can participate, too.
Teams are encouraged to have their own theme. You’ll get your own booth that you can decorate. Costumes are optional.
To win, you’ll need to attract attendees to your booth and get them to use one of their tickets to “purchase” a portion of your chili. So be sure to spice up your booth in addition to your chili.
There’s a $60 registration fee, which helps cover the expenses of the Chili Cook-Off. Any extra funds go into our general fund, which is dispersed in support of local youth groups and activities. You can view a list of our recent contributions here.

Categories
First place in each category receives a trophy. Second and third places are awarded a plaque.

Overall judge’s choice. Traveling trophy for first place.
Hottest Chili
The hotter the better!

Judged on theme’s, decorations, costumes and/or performance.
